This Niagara on the Lake engagement session brought back a lot of good memories! It’s been quite a while since I’ve been there, I would say well..almost 10 years now and heading back there reminded me of some really fun family time we had when we were younger!
I had a fabulous time with these two at their engagement session. Their smiles were contagious and I just loved the way they looked at each other. There just couldn’t have been a better backdrop for these two cuties! Niagara on the Lake kind of reminds me of Main Street Unionville in Markham. It’s cute and very charming in a historical way. If I were to pick one, I would definitely choose Niagara on the Lake over Main Street Unionville for photos (even though it is so much further away) because I feel like there are many more options to shoot at. Butler’s Barracks is one of my fave areas there because I just love my green space, rows of trees and line! Oh! And there’s also Two Sisters Winery too!
I would say 90% of this engagement session here was shot on the Sony A9. I’m normally a Canon Shooter but I do love the versatility and specs of the mirroless cameras. The dynamic range on this camera is a beast and the focusing system alone is quite outstanding. Very soon, I’m going to switch over to mirrorless fully! Stay tuned!
